Yes. The form lets you attach photographs and describe the damage. Include a close-up and a wider view if possible. The workshop may still need to inspect the vehicle.

Do I have to upload photographs?

No. You can still send an enquiry without photos or call to discuss what you need assessed.

How much will my repair cost?

The website does not publish a fixed price list. Send details of the damage and ask about the work required.

Is sending an enquiry the same as booking?

No. An enquiry starts the discussion. The agreed work, price and booking arrangements need to be confirmed separately.
